ICORN Cities of Refuge

ICORN is an organisation for cities and regions that offer long-term temporary refuge to persecuted writers and artists.

More than 70 cities have joined ICORN to promote the values of freedom of expression and host writers and artists at risk. We are continually growing, and expanding towards cities in Africa and the Americas. The following cities are currently hosting a writer/artist or have committed to receiving a writer/artist within the next year.
