Vestfold County has been a member of ICORN since 2018.
The county municipality supports the Cities of Refuge in Vestfold- Larvik, Horten, Tønsberg, Færder, and Sandefjord.
In 2024, Vestfold County Library and the Preus Museum in Horten began collaboration on the project Ekfrase. The initiative combines photography from the museum's collection and texts written by the writers who have been in ICORN residence in one of the county's ICORN Cities of Refuge.
