Nada Yousif

Poet, journalist

Nada Yousif is a poet and journalist from Iraq. Her writing centers mainly on women's rights issues and the current socio-political situation in Iraq. Yousif's writing attracted persecution and death threats which forced her to flee her home country.

She was ICORN writer-in-residence in Molde City of refuge 2007-2009, where she has continued to live and work, locally and towards Iraq.
