Ahmed Mohamed

Author, blogger and activist

Ahmed Mohamed is a Somali author, human rights blogger, and an LGBT activist who spent most of his life in the United Arab Emirates.

He has a huge passion for LGBT related issues ever since graduating high school and going to university, and has taken an active role in the LGBT scene. His publications include Horiyati Karamati and a new book will be be released by the end of 2015 titled Haraam,  which sheds light on Muslim LGBT individuals.
