Strategic Plan and Official Minutes from the General Assembly Available

ICORN General Assembly, Stockholm 2012
ICORN General Assembly, Stockholm 2012

Following up on ICORN's successful General Assembly 2012, held in Stockholm on 9-11 May, we are pleased to make available both the ICORN Strategic Plan 2012-2014 and the entire assembly minutes online.

During the assembly discussions and proceedings, the member city delegates paved a targeted and ambitious way forward for the organisation. Hence the "ICORN Strategic Plan 2012-2014" document contains chapters both on geographical expansion, expanding of scope, promotion, capacity building, global movement/immigration and partnerships/cooperation.

"ICORN has a strong commitment to openness and values the importance of sharing such fundamental information with its membership and the engaged public at large," says ICORN director Helge Lunde, and continues: "We are looking forward indeed to realising the goals of this plan in close cooperation with our member cities, the ICORN guest writers and all our precious partners worldwide."
