Linköping is now officially an ICORN member city.

The agreement was signed 30 April 2015 at Linköping Library, and the programme for the event included mingling, presentations of ICORN, Swedish PEN and the Swedish Writers' Union, and a festive speech given by Linköping's Mayor, Helena Balthammar.

Linköping is ICORN's 51st member city.
