Coming up: ICORN General Assembly in Frankfurt

More than 90 delegates, writers and observers from 29 countries around the globe are convening in Frankfurt 1- 3 June 2010 for the ICORN General Assembly. At present counting 31 member cities, further growth and expansion are among the subjects brought up for discussion during the first Generally Assembly for ICORN as an independent, international membership organisation.

The general assembly is organised by ICORN in cooperation with the assembly host, Frankfurt City of Refuge. It coincides with the 30 year's anniversary of the organisation Litprom, whose programme of literary events titled "Refuge - Literature" will build an integral part of the assembly. The programme features writers Horacio Castellanos Moya, Ilija Trojanow, Easterine Iralu, Faraj Bayrakdar, Mansur Rajih, Fatima Mernissi, Uday Prakash, Herrad Schenk, Carmen Francesca Banciu, Pegah Ahmadi, and Carlos Aguilera.
