The Frankfurt Book Fair interviews Peter Ripken, Chair of ICORN's Executive Board

At the ICORN General Assembly in Barcelona, Peter Ripken was elected Chair of the new Executive Board. The latest Newsletter from the Frankfurt Book Fair features an interview with him, and a presentation of ICORN's work.
When asked about the reasons for his commitment to the work of ICORN, Ripken says: "In my political socialisation, it was not just freedom of speech that was very important, but also the realisation that voicing opinions and speaking out alone were not enough, something practical also had to be done."
